

REFUND POLICY:
ALL returns that are submitted within 30-days of the PURCHASE DATE will be accepted; with the EXECPTION of a damaged pull-string "knob". This damage may occur when the user releases The Regulator's string instead of it walking it back to the device.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE:
- First, email Sales@CornholeRegulator.com to inform us of the problem. Submissions MUST include a picture and reason for the return.
- Once submitted and reviewed, a reply email with a return address will be provided (generally within 1-2 days).
- Ship The Regulator device to the address provided.
- Once we receive The Regulator a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be reimbursed to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Purchaser's initial shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping postage.
- Any return request submitted after the 30-day purchase period will NOT be accepted.
- Damages to the "Knob" will NOT be accepted.
